The pleasures of the tempt The typical Friulian gastronomy suggests a very
accurate and wide restauration, a genuine and pure cuisine, rich in unusual
suggestions - the savoury seasonal menus with pumpkin, mushrooms, asparagus,
the red chicory and the chestnuts - but also the best dishes of the international
cuisine, the pizza cooked into the wood-oven and the handicraft icecream. Moreover,
the selection of local DOC wines - which express the best of a big oenological
culture - is excellent. The dining-room inside, can comfortably accomodate three
hundred and fifty people, while the garden-room outside, covered and heated
in winter, and suitable for refreshments and banquets, two hundred and fifty.
